Join this walking group for exclusive access to the grounds (before we open to the public!) on the first Thursday of each month. These morning walks are an ideal way to boost your energy, connect with nature, and meet new people. There will be three distinct walking groups so you can stroll through the gardens or focus on a brisk walk to elevate your heart rate.
After the walk, join us for “Nutrition for Longevity,” a transformative one-hour workshop designed to empower older adults with essential nutrition knowledge for a vibrant and healthy life.
