Christoph Spath is the former director of Advanced Stone Technologies, what used to be the non-profit Digital Stone Project, a non-profit corporation dedicated to exploring the full potential of advanced stoneworking technology.(which in turn was an outgrowth of the former Johnson Atelier Stone Division).
Spath was trained in the traditional German apprenticeship system as a master stone sculptor. His experience spans more than 25 years as a working artist, combined with teaching, project management, and software development. Spath’s public projects can be found throughout Europe and the United States.
